Mr. Huang Shaowen, born in 1967, has junior college degree. From March 1991 to December 2003, he successively served as the Communication Business Unit Manager, General Manager Assistant and Deputy General Manager of China Media Development Shenzhen Company. From May 2002 to December 2011, he was the Company’s Vice Chairman and General Manager. From December 2011 to September 2018, he was the Company’s Chairman and General Manager, as well as the Chairman of the Company’s subsidiary Telling Communication Co., Ltd. Since September 2018, he has been serving as the Company’s Chairman and the Chairman of the Company’s subsidiary Telling Communication Co., Ltd.
Mr. Liu Yan, born in 1973, has an undergraduate degree. From August 2003 to January 2016, he successively served as Marketing Manager, Branch General Manager, Deputy General Manager of Marketing Division I, General Manager of Division I, General Manager of Unicom Division, General Manager of Marketing Center, and Vice President of Grand Distribution of Telling Communication Co., Ltd. Since January 2016, he has been serving as President of Telling Communication Co., Ltd. From September 2018 to May 2020, he served as Deputy General Manager of the Company. From May 9, 2020, he has been serving as the General Manager of the Company.
Mr. Yi Jiangnan, born in 1970, holds a DBA degree from Rennes School of Business in France and is a member of the CPC and a distinguished enterprise mentor at Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications. From May 1998 to December 2011, he successively served as Branch General Manager, Marketing Director, Business Unit General Manager and Assistant President of Telling Communication Co., Ltd. Since December 2011, he has been serving as Director and Deputy General Manager of Telling Communication Co., Ltd. Since September 12, 2013, he has been serving as the Company’s Deputy General Manager.
Mr. Chen Xuetong, born in 1971, is a CPA and DBA. From 1995 to 2000, he served as Cost Accountant, Accountant Officer and Financial Manager of Guangdong Jinzheng Group; from 2000 to 2005, he served as a partner of Guangzhou Huijian CPA Firm Shanghai Branch; from 2005 to 2008, he served as CFO of Beijing Lianjia Holding Group; from 2008 to 2014, he served as CFO of Sino-Ocean Group; from 2014 to 2017, he served as Vice President of Finance of Topwin Group; from 2017 to 2018, he served as Vice President of Finance and Executive Vice President of Yaxing Group; from 2018 to 2019, he served as Executive Vice President and CFO of Jingying Group; since 2019, he has been working in the Company’s Finance Department. Since May 9, 2020, he has been serving as the Company’s Deputy General Manager and finance employee in charge.
Mr. Sun Hailong, born in 1976, holds an MBA degree from Reims Management School in France. He is a Chinese citizen without the right of overseas permanent residency. From 1999 to 2001, he worked for Shenyang Branch of LG Electronics as Regional Manager. From August 2001 to March 2003, he pursued his MBA degree at Reims Management School in France. From March to August 2003, he served as Assistant to the President of Yuhua Group. From August 8, 2003 to August 12, 2014, he successively served as Assistant to the Chairman, General Manager of the International Department, Board Secretary and Deputy General Manager of Dongyi Risheng Domestic Decoration Group Co., Ltd. From August 26, 2014, he has been serving as Board Secretary of the Company.
